FirstaidKits.biz is one of several sites owned by Crisis Management Systems Inc. - A Virginia Corporation. CMS was founded in San Francisco on July 5, 1991 by Julia Moore and Steven Hull.
In early 2007 co-founders Steven Hull and Julia Moore launched this store to specifically address the needs of first aid and pre-hospital conscience customers. Customers that appreciate a comprehensive and wide-ranging selection of first aid kits, medical supplies, refill and emergency response supplies. We offer kits and supplies for all skill levels and environmental needs.
Since 1991 families, students, volunteer groups, churches, camps, government agencies, CERT and EMS organizations have looked to Crisis Management Systems for answers to there emergency response questions and needs. Our recommendations and kit designs based upon decades of first-hand on-site experiences providing first aid, instruction and disaster leadership in situations around the country. Our Company History
Beginning in 1991, we began a consulting firm providing disaster consulting, training and planning services for businesses. After several years, we saw a shift in customers' needs; we received numerous requests for products and custom-built systems for emergency response. In late 1994, our company began creating SafetyStore.com. SafetyStore began as an Internet site designed to supply hard-to-find home and business preparedness products. Over time, our 5-page, 40-product website has grown to over 400 pages and 5000+ products.. We are known as a pioneer in the safety and emergency response products and systems on the Internet. Our complete product line has expanded over time, due primarily to listening to individual requests from our customers.
As the Internet has grown over the last decade, so has our reputation for great customer service and first-hand product knowledge. Homemakers to government agencies have come to rely on our safety and emergency management knowledge to help them find the right products and services to complement their needs.
In 1999, we drastically expanded our business position to more fully meet customer's needs by offering internet, telephone order, wholesale and retail sales. We added 4 websites to offer specific products for industrial safety, First Aid EMS and Fire related patches and pins.
In 2005 & 2007, we completely rebuilt our Internet Systems. Our websites are getting a fresh new look. More importantly, the sites are easier for our customers to find, order and even customize certain products.
